Refund Policy

In the event of an event or performance being cancelled we will refund any monies paid by request within 1 week of cancellation. Otherwise, all monies collected will be donated to the church (as a registered charity) or another charity agreed by the Events Team.

If you cannot attend an event or performance and paid in full you can request a refund with at least 48 hours' notice of event/performance starting minus fees such as PayPal fees but not limited to this. We will not refund tickets with less than 48 hours' notice. You can transfer tickets to another person with no fee, they must have an email confirmation to gain entry.

In the event you have purchased a product from us and you require a refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase within 28 days of purchase. In the event that an item is faulty at the time of purchase, we can offer an exchange without a receipt.

It can take approximately 5 working days for a refund to appear back in your account (or the time specified by your bank), we may need to contact you to confirm details to process refund.

Any refund will be processed the same way as payment made. For example if you pay by cash, you will be refunded in Cash. All card payment will be refunded back on to your card (minus Paypal fees).
